Review 'Am I a Good Fit?'
Complete the Self-Assessment & Application (below)
Gather 2 letters of recommendation from someone who knows you well (e.g., school representative, employer, volunteer supervisor, case manager).

2. Submit & Review

The Blue Lotus Center Selection Team will review your application and consider your strengths and needs.

3. Interview & Skills Assessment

The interview will be tailored to meet individual communication needs.

A support person is welcome to be a part of the interview.
The skills assessment is not a pass/fail test, but a way to gauge comfort and readiness. It is hands-on and could involve simple tasks like using tools, following safety instructions, or demonstrating basic physical abilities (e.g., lifting, walking trails).
