About the Event
Experiencing trauma and loss impacts your life and changes it forever. These experiences can be devastating, and the long-term effects can be overwhelming, challenging and intimidating. Women experience all types of loss- of a loved one, a home, a lifestyle, our sense of peace and security, and many more. But where there is pain, there is also the opportunity for healing, growth and transformation. The journey to emerge on the other side of loss takes time, patience and self-forgiveness. With this workshop we will practice transforming loss through the practice of trauma sensitive gentle yoga, mindfulness, candle making and more holistic modalities. We will also cultivate and practice listening to the wisdom of our bodies to support us on our journey to mental, physical, and emotional wellness. Join us to create, cultivate, and nourish life after loss.
There is no cost to attend, but pre-registration is required.
