The Wonders of WA

Wonders of WA is an annual Ozaukee Washington Land Trust (OWLT) event that celebrates the natural places and environmental organizations in Washington County. This year it will be Sunday, Oct. 8. from 3 pm to 6 pm and the Blue Lotus Center has been included as one of the Wonders this year! At the Blue Lotus Center, our mission is to make nature accessible to people with disabilities and other significant life challenges. People of all abilities are welcome to join us during the Wonders of WA and explore our 64 acres of forests, meadows and wetlands. Paddle or fish on our four-acre pond, hike the two miles of trails, enjoy lawn games with your family, and treat yourself to a s’more and bonfire while admiring the best fall colors that Washington County has to offer. Volunteers and staff will be on hand to talk about the history and impact of the Blue Lotus Center in our local community. We hope to see you there!
